In the August 13, 2005 issue of World Magazine, is the article of the recent decision of Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist to go against the Bush administration’s stance on stem-cell research. For four years Frist has up held the Bush decision not to use any new embryos for research. On July 29th, Frist made a statement that supports the use of embryos for research. Is this a man who is seeking the White House?

A more important question comes from Wendy Wright, a senior policy director for Concerned Women for America, when she asks, “Can someone be pro-life and support embryonic stem-cell research?”
